These are designed around our PBTuning 70mm throttle bodies and can be used with our 74mm throttle bodies has well. We taper these units for increased flow and velocity. I promise you have never felt throttle response before on a Honda like you will with a PBtuning spacer plate/big bore throttle body. -B series units are a 70mm inlet and taper down to 68mm
